ABOUT US
Our mission at Stuu Stuu is to provide fast-casual Japanese cuisine specializing in curries and stews that are hearty, nutritious, and made of high quality ingredients.
We pride ourselves on incorporating fresh vegetables into every dish. All our curries and stews contain 50g tomatoes, 90g onions, 50g of carrots, and 65g apples which are blended into our sauces. Each dish is prepared for over 24 hours with our extensive cooking process and is crafted with our signature spice blends. All items are served in recyclable and biodegradable takeout packaging made of corn-based material.
OUR CHEFS
We worked with two master Japanese chefs, Chef Katsuo Omiya and Chef Monko Ichijyo to develop our recipes so that we can truly bring you the best elevated comfort food experience.
